Luke Westerfield, RMP®
Managing Broker / Owner
Luke is responsible for the day to day operation of the company.
His goal is to maximize the value of your real estate assets by reducing expenses and increasing
marketing exposure to ensure your property draws the most qualified tenant in the shortest amount of time.
Prior to his ownership of Tulsa Property Group, Luke spent many years with his family's custom homebuilding
company where he gained an in-depth understanding of residential real estate. Luke graduated with a
master's degree in business from the University of Tulsa and a bachelor's degree in finance from
Northeastern State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association
of Office and Industrial Properties, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers
where he holds the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation.
Director of Property Management
Jamie has been in the property management industry for over 14 years. She began her career as a leasing agent, eventually rising to become the community director for a new construction 296-unit multifamily property in Tulsa. As community director, Jamie reported directly to the owners of the property and managed the lease-up process. She was responsible for executing the annual budget, overseeing all maintenance of the property, and meeting financial targets set by the owners. She utilizes this valuable experience in the management of the Tulsa Property Group portfolio. Jamie lives in Broken Arrow with her husband and daughter.
Licensed Property Manager
Kristen got her start in property management in 2008, while attending Buffalo State College for Public Communication Studies. Her career began as a leasing associate at an 82 unit tax credit property with a local full service, real estate broker. After moving to Tulsa in 2010, Kristen was responsible for the lease-up of a new luxury apartment complex near the the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Kristen has an extensive background in management, customer service, and accounts receivable. She is happy to call Tulsa her second home, she enjoys being part of the local community, and the Tulsa Property Group team. She lives in the city with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.
Licensed Property Manager
Bonnie has worked in customer service for over 8 years and started in property management in 2014 as a leasing agent for multi-family communities in Tulsa, OK. Bonnie enjoys the real estate industry and how no day is the same. Bonnie lives in the city with her two children and enjoys being active and visiting family.
Nathan's focus is strategic direction and constantly finding ways for Tulsa Property Group to better serve its clients, tenants, and staff.
He has over 15 years experience as a real estate investor, broker, and developer.
He holds a bachelor of science degree from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Tulsa.
Heather has worked in hospitality and customer service for about 10 years prior to moving from Pennsylvania to Tulsa in 2018. She is excited to use her past experiences to begin her career in Property Management. Heather lives in Jenks with her boyfriend and dog. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling and staying active.
