Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: We cannot hold a property without an approved application and paid security deposit.
Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A: The security deposit is paid separately from the rent. First month's rent is required to be paid prior to occupancy.
Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: All occupants 18 years and older must submit a separate application.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: As stated in our Rental Qualifying Criteria the Application Fee is non-refundable.
Q: Who needs a cosigner?
A: A co-signer may be required in cases where our minimum qualifying criteria is not met. Please see our Rental Qualifying Criteria for further information.
Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: Go to our Available Properties tab at www.tulsapropertymanagement.com/rentals
Scroll to the property you are interested in and click Apply Now.
Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Tenants conveniently pay rent electronically through their tenant portal
or by mailing or dropping of a money order or check at our office.
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Most of our properties allow up to 2 small pets (less than 25 lbs). Please see our Pet Policy by clicking on the Pets link in the Tenant drop down menu.
Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: Tenants are able to submit maintenance requests, communicate with management and maintenance, choose repair times, provide feedback, and more through our tenant Portal. The tenant portal can be accessed from your phone (no app required), computer, or any internet-connected device.
